The ASP class of few days ago we talked about how to get tools to survive in the isolated island. In our group, a pot is the most important tool because it can store water. And we also think what is more important to survive than other things. I think we can make a good choice to live in the island.

The most useful approach to use in critically analyzing The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway is the fisherman as artist. Then, the big fish is a symbol of the master peace which is the best work of artists. Shakes eat the fish means critics criticize the work of artists. This situation explains the terrible experience of the author own. So, I think this aproach is the most useful.

We practiced managing to make a presentation in the ASP class. We prepare for presentation in a few minutes and show their own presentation in the small groups by turns. I talked about why universities can be a subversive institutions and then we talked about why authors can say questioning make others angry. But we can't make any questions about the presentations of group members. So, we should think more critically and ask speakers more.

The pieces of information I found in sources to use to support my thesis and topic sentence ideas for Essay 2 are as follows.

The one of supporting pieces of evidence that I found for body paragraph 1 is a paraphrase from "the deception in relationships(対人関係におけるdeception)". This evidence includes the statistic which show us many people think lying is bad, however they tell a lie or they are suffering from dilemma between real and ideal.

The other supporting piece of evidence that I found for body paragraph 4 is a paraphrase from "The idea of laughing and communication(笑いに対する意識と対人コミュニケーション)". This evidence tells readers laughing have a good effect for health.

We talked about how can we live when we felled in the middle of the dessert area. There are some goods which can help us to survive.

Firstly, we got our own idea in sharp to chooce the goods to continue to live. I think water is most important to live because we will surely be die without taking in water.
Secondly, we had a discussion of unifying our ideas to make more effective plan to survive. The group members also think water is important to keep our lives and we worried about the temperature of dessert at night, which I forgot to consider when I made my opinion. In addition, we consider the details of situations in the dessert area, our conditions and so on. So, I thought our final opinion will be much better than my former idea.

However, we found how we have a silly understanding of a survival in the dessert.
